This Peruvian coffee is a limited coffee and will only be in the store for a short amount of time, so grab it while you can! This is a great representation of Peruvian coffees, deep and syrupy and notes of dark berries and baking spices. We love this coffee as a single origin.
Roast: Light to Medium
Flavor notes: Full bodied, syrupy mouthfeel, deep molasses, sweet, black cherry acidity.
Process: Washed
MASL: 1400-1900
Variety: Bourbon, Caturra, Typica
We Roast our coffee on Tuesdays and package/deliver the following Thursday. If your order is received past midnight on a Monday, it will be roasted Tuesday of the next week
