Brazil Mantiqueira de Minas. Alter Real
This coffee from Brazil is amazingly smooth for a medium to dark roast. We use this coffee in our espresso and in our cold brew. We also love to serve it as single origin because of it’s rich chocolate flavors.
Brazil is the leading producers of green coffee and here is a quick little explanation as to why.
Brazil’s geography makes it ideal for growing coffee. Nearly all of the country lies within the tropical zone. Its relatively stable, mostly hot and humid climate (which ranges from tropical to temperate), along with its rich soils, means that conditions are prime for coffee crops.
