Our current single origin drip coffee at our shops is this delicious washed Honduran coffee imported from our friends over at Kapeh Utz.

The Poder De Mujer group is a collective of 54 women that are apart of the Cafesmo cooperative in Mercedes region of Honduras. Co-ops offer a great chance for small coffee farms to be able to sell their coffee at a fixed price and not have to worry about logistics and processing. The coffees are then sold as a single lot or, like in this case, blended with similar coffees and sold together.

This beautiful coffee reminds us of red licorice, brown sugar and fresh strawberries. Grab yourself a bag while it’s still here!
