Description
This is a coffee from the eastern Highlands and is a washed coffee blend of several varieties grown in that area. Coffee from Papua New Guinea is very unique and can be difficult to find, give it a try while its here! The peaberry genetic mutation causes the two beans inside a coffee cherry to form into one, smaller and denser seed. This single seed is known for it’s increased sweetness and higher ceiling for a pleasant citric acidity.

Roast: Medium
Flavor notes: Carmel, cocoa and light citrus
We roast all our coffee on Tuesdays and package/deliver the following Thursday. If your order is received past midnight on a Monday, it will be roasted Tuesday of the next week
