Description
The Limu region of Ethiopia has been growing coffee for over 2 centuries and is home to a large number of heirloom varieties, all boasting bright, fruity flavors that make Ethiopian coffee famous. This coffee hits all the right notes for us for a lighter roasted natural coffee.
We enjoy this coffee as a single origin, but we also use it in our blends to bring out some sweetness and notes of dried fruit.

We roast all our coffee on Tuesdays and package/deliver the following Thursday. If your order is received past midnight on a Monday, it will be roasted Tuesday of the next week
