Naturally processed coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia is some of the most popular for specialty coffee in the world. With a wide array of flavor profiles from berries to chocolate to cane sugar and citrus, these coffees are sure to delight.

We enjoy this coffee as a single origin, but we also use it in our blends to bring out some sweetness and notes of dried fruit.
