Description
A great example of a classic washed Colombian coffee! Supremo is one of the largest size of coffee beans found in Colombia, they are typically more uniform than the slightly smaller excelso counterpart, and fit into a screen size of about 17-18. This is a slightly bright, sweet cup.

Altitude: 1300 – 1650 meters
Process: Fully washed and dried in the sun

We Roast our coffee on Tuesdays and package/deliver the following Thursday. If your order is received past midnight on a Monday, it will be roasted Tuesday of the next week
