Description
Our first foray into dark roast comes courtesy of this beautiful washed coffee from Honduras! This coffee comes to us from the Montecellios region of Honduras, and is a regional blend of coffees all grown around 1500 MASL. This coffee currently makes up a portion of our espresso blend, but with a different roast profile.
Our approach to this coffee was a longer, slower roast that helped us develop the more favorable darker roast flavor notes, like dark chocolates, dried berries, and pipe tobacco, without burning the coffee. Give it a try today!
