This solid Mexican coffee is the basis for our espresso blend, striking a great balance between sweetness and a slight acidity. Grown in the Chipas region of Mexico, where the elevation is ripe for growing stellar coffee, this organically certified coffee gives us notes of brown sugar, dark chocolate, and subtle acidity.
