The blend that takes us back to our roots in Liberty Missouri. A perfect balance of a washed Colombian coffee and a washed Mexican, this medium roast blend stands well on its own or with cream. With notes of chocolate, brown sugar and dried oranges with a cherry-like acidity, this coffee is sure to be the best part of your morning ritual.

We roast all our coffee on Tuesdays and package/deliver the following Thursday. If your order is received past midnight on a Monday, it will be roasted Tuesday of the next week
